Policies

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • All returns must be in "like new" condition so they can be resold. i.e. no damage, scuffs, wear, or odors such as sweat or smoke.
  • Refunds on returns will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the item.
  • Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
  • Custom products CAN NOT be returned!

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • All exchanges must be in "like new" condition so they can be resold. i.e. no damage, scuffs, wear, or odors such as sweat or smoke.
  • The return shipping is the buyers responsibility, and we will bill you for the shipping cost of the replacement item once the return has been received and checked for damage.
  • If the returned item is determined to be in "like new" condition, your replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Custom products CAN NOT be exchanged!
